I found it interesting that the box said the pudding will not set if you use soy milk. My almond milk didn't seem to create an issue, but the mix was a little chunky. There were not clumps when I ate it, as it tasted smooth. But you could visibly see chunks. It was interesting. But it still tasted cool and refreshing.
Notice how it almost looks like tapioca? Do you see those little lumps? A mystery of pudding I guess.
