JazzyJ's Spinach Fruit Breakfast Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup liquid (I normally use orange juice, but milk or any kind of juice would work)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cup fruit (Currently I am using a frozen mixed fruit blend of raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
Blend in a blender until everything is well mixed. Depending on how thick you like your smoothies, you can add more or less liquid. Easy and healthy!
You wouldn't even know you were eating spinach in there! |
I also find myself just eating spinach by the handful.
