Today's National Day was rather interesting. I wasn't sure how to celebrate national Pig Day because I don't have a pig. I couldn't visit a farm. I was in a conundrum. But then.....low and behold, I ate some bacon on my sandwich tonight. Bacon counts, right? Bacon is from a pig.

I'm not sure that you are supposed to eat part of a pig on National Pig Day, but sometimes you don't have any other options.
