Note: I once volunteered in an elementary classroom and there was a boy whose name was Alejandro except I always called him Alfredo. Proof that I really do like fettuccine alfredo!
After a long tiring day of standing on my feet all day at work, I came home, exhausted, and just wanted to make an easy dinner. Scared of the idea of making alfredo sauce from scratch, I simply went to the pantry, grabbed a jar, and dumped that baby out!
I cooked up some shrimp, added the preheated sauce to some noodles, and voilà! A quick and easy dinner.
I also sent a card to my friend Molly (hello Molly!) to celebrate National Send a Card to a Friend Day.
